3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at foundercrevo@gmail.com of any unauthorized access. Crevo accounts are for individual use — sharing credentials with others is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Crevo offers paid subscription plans (Base and Pro) for Creators. Plan pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
  • A free trial period may be offered at signup. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will be billed automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Billing occurs at the start of each billing period. If payment fails, access may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
  • Crevo charges $0 transaction fees on Creator sales. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe at their standard rates and are the Creator's responsibility.
  • Pro plan email overage: if you exceed your monthly email send limit and have enabled auto-overage, additional sends are billed at $2.00 USD per 1,000 emails.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy and No-Chargeback Agreement

Please read this section carefully before completing any purchase.

5.1 Crevo Subscription Fees. All subscription fees paid to Crevo for platform access are non-refundable, including partial-month periods following cancellation and upfront annual plan payments. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for unused time.

5.2 Creator Products, Courses, and Services. Refund eligibility for purchases made from Creators (products, courses, memberships, bookings, donations) is determined solely by each Creator. Contact the relevant Creator directly. Crevo is not responsible for and does not process refunds on Creator sales.

5.3 Dispute Resolution — Mandatory First Step. Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor, you are required to contact Crevo support at foundercrevo@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity (no less than 5 business days) to resolve your concern. This is a binding condition of using the Platform.

5.4 Chargeback Policy. Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution without first completing the dispute resolution process in Section 5.3 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, Crevo reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke access to all purchased content;
  • Recover the full disputed amount plus any chargeback fees and administrative costs incurred by Crevo;
  • Report the dispute to chargeback prevention and fraud monitoring networks;
  • Pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

5.5 Digital Delivery Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that digital products, course content, and community access are delivered immediately upon successful payment. By accessing any delivered digital content, you agree that delivery has been completed and forfeit any right to dispute the charge on the basis of non-delivery.

5.6 Donations. All donations made through the Platform are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, or benefits unless explicitly stated by the Creator.

6. Stripe Connect and Payments

Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement. Crevo is not responsible for delays, holds, or failures in Stripe payouts. Creators are responsible for any taxes owed on their earnings.

7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using the Platform agree to:

11. Intellectual Property

Creators retain all intellectual property rights in the content they upload. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Crevo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, display, and deliver that content solely to authorized purchasers and members.

The Crevo name, logo, Platform software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Crevo and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Members who purchase access to Creator content receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access that content for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited.

12. Instagram / AutoDM Features

AutoDM features are powered by the Meta (Instagram) Graph API. By connecting your Instagram Business account, you authorize Crevo to monitor incoming comments and direct messages and send automated replies on your behalf based on keyword rules you configure. You remain solely responsible for compliance with Instagram's Platform Policies, Meta's Terms of Service, and all applicable messaging laws. Crevo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

AutoDM features are subject to Meta's API availability and may be affected by changes to Meta's platform policies at any time. Crevo does not guarantee uninterrupted AutoDM functionality.

13. Bookings and Scheduling

Creators who offer booking services agree to honor confirmed bookings and maintain accurate availability. Crevo is not responsible for disputes between Creators and Members regarding booked sessions. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each Creator and must be clearly communicated to Members before booking.

14. Giveaways and Promotions

Creators who run giveaways or promotions via the Platform are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable promotional, sweepstakes, and lottery laws in their jurisdiction. Crevo provides tools only and assumes no liability for Creator-run promotions.

15. Storage and Content Limits

Each plan includes defined limits for file storage, video uploads, and email sends per billing cycle. Crevo reserves the right to restrict access or charge overage fees (where applicable per plan) when limits are exceeded. Creators are responsible for monitoring their usage from the dashboard.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended non-payment, chargebacks, or other conduct detrimental to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases and your storefront will be taken offline. We may delete your data subject to our data retention policy. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crevo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any Creator content.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crevo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Crevo in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crevo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crevo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions) or, where arbitration is not enforceable, in the competent courts of Crevo's jurisdiction.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
